OUR PRICING

All of our pricing is based on three things. Complexity, material cost and machine usage. And therefore any price listed or mentioned here should be used as a guide and not to be taken litterally as each project will vary in price. As of now we offer embroidery. Before we can perform an embroidery task we must have a file created. This file tells the embroidery machine what to sew out. This is known as digitizing.  This is the process of converting information such as a PDF into a digital format. Our embroidery machine only reads files that are DST. You're welcome to bring your digitized file to us to embroider for you.  Please remember your file must be a DST file. If you're bringing your own file the set up fee is a one time $20. This includes the hooping and testing to ensure 100% quality and satisfaction before we go into full production with your project.

All custom projects may require time to research in order to provide you with the most accurate pricing for your quote this does not effect the guaranteed turn-a-round times.  

COMPLEXITY

We do offer a digitizing service. Should you need your branded logo or image converted into an embroidery file. We have a one time set up fee that can vary based on the complexity of the design. This set up fee also covers the hooping and testing to ensure 100% quality and satisfaction. Before we go into full production with your project. It is also important to note that your design/image needs to be finalized. Before you send it to us to have it digitized. Once it is digitized, revisions will add to the overall cost.

MATERIALS COST

We use standard thread colors and we offer custom thread color options that you can choose from. We can match to the colors of your brand. It is possible that your project may require a special order which would involve shipping costs.  The majority of all projects will required backing/stabilizer and in some cases some projects may call for adhesives. 

MACHINE USAGE

The machine uses bobbins and needles and of course requires oils for lubrication. 

UNDERSTANDING THE ONE TIME SET UP FEE

This is a start up fee ultimately to get your file in our system to hoop and test the design to ensure quality. Should you use again in the future for that exact same file you never have to pay it that fee ever again as long as we all shall live!
